A fan shared a clip of Katy performing her Play residency in Las Vegas earlier this month, and she can be seen touching and massaging her stomach at the end of the video. Katy confirmed her pregnancy in the video, exciting her fans, and she gave birth in August of the same year.
The A-list couple also chose to announce the arrival of their daughter through Unicef, a non-profit organization that helps impoverished children all over the world, which issued a black-and-white photo of the baby.
“We are floating with joy and wonder from our daughter’s safe and healthy arrival,” the couple wrote in a statement posted through Unicef, a children’s charity for which both Perry and Bloom are ambassadors.
