Max Antony Whitlock, a British artistic gymnast, was born on January 13, 1993. He has won three gold medals, three bronze medals, and six Olympic medals (all-around, team, floor exercise, and three times on his signature event, the pommel horse). He has also won five world medals on the pommel horse, with three gold and two silvers. When he triumphed in the men’s floor and pommel horse events at the 2016 Summer Olympics, he became the first British artistic gymnastics gold medallist in history.

Whitlock is the most successful gymnast in his country’s history and the most successful pommel horse worker in gymnastics history. He has fourteen medals, including five gold ones, and six titles from the Olympic and world championships (two Olympic gold, 3 World gold).

Is Max Whitlock retired?

Whitlock now appears to have no immediate plans to retire, but an injury will prevent him from competing at the Commonwealth Games.

The gymnast will not participate in the tournament, according to the Daily Mail, as he continues to get ready to return from injury.
