In 1996, production was expanded to the UK; however, it gradually ceased in 1998. Since 2010, “Mountain Dew Energy” has been marketed in the U.K. and Ireland. It has a similar name but a different flavor and a recipe that is more like the original American product.

Over the years, some flavors have quietly vanished into the Mountain Dew mist, while others have come and gone several times. There are several discontinued Mountain Dew flavors that you’ll probably never drink again, regardless of whether you prefer the original flavor or enjoy trying out new and seasonal variations. Production stopped as of June 30, 2020, and supplies were only available while they last.
