She was the couple’s second-youngest child and her talents since infancy was obvious and even led a singing choir in her church.
Patti LaBelle had her high school education in John Bartram High school where she won a singing competition and this would lead her to her first music group ‘The Ordettes’ where she was a lead singer due to her melodious voice. Furthermore, she would since then go on to have a career that is nothing short of extraordinary as her tall list of awards and recognition is a testament to. She didn’t end there as she has written books as well and to this day, continues to make movies.
