Red Bull has a great culture and does a lot of fun things for their employees, but that’s just to keep you there. Money compared to the work ratio is way off and it can burn you out quickly and have you looking for a new job. Too many tasks in one day that they expect you to complete. The commission is where you make your money but the way that the company is set up, you’ll have to work 10+ hrs a day to get it.
