Tiani Warden, 52, of Greenville died as a result of an accident, according to an autopsy. She was taken to jail by the police in Quinlan on November 3, 2019.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, it was stated that “Ms. Warden was found unconscious in her cell on November 4, 2019, at around 2:30 pm.
The on-duty correctional officers and medical staff immediately began administering life-saving techniques until AMR arrived on the scene and took control. AMR continued performing life-saving treatments while transporting Ms. Warden to Hunt Regional Medical Center.
The medical center proclaimed the Warden dead.
Wayne Money, a lawyer for the peace, in this case, presided over the inquest and issued an order for an autopsy. The autopsy report for Warden listed an “accident” as the cause of death.
