In the year 1990 Siragusa was an undrafted independent agent and was recruited by Indianapolis Colts.
Initially, he played nose tackle to draw double teams when Indianapolis Colts were 3-4 defence. Siragusa being a rookie was seen in 13 games, recorded 1 sack, and began 6 games, with one fumble recovery and 46 mixed tackles.
In 1995, in the championship game, he was part of the Colts team that slightly lost. Siragusa got endorsed by the Baltimore Ravens in 1997, where he began 13 games, played 14, and listed one fumble recovery and 41 total tackles.
He was also a sideline journalist and pundit during NFL games on Fox until he was fired heeding the 2015 NFL season.
