Victor, who was born in Le Chesnay, France, on January 4, 2004, will undoubtedly be selected in the 2023 NBA draft. Victor started playing basketball at the age of four, first with his mother coaching him and then at the neighbourhood club Entente Le Chesnay Versailles.
In 2019 he made his professional debut, and in 2020 he debuted in LNB Pro A. Victor was named the 2020–21 Pro A Best Young Player. He has already won the LNB Pro A Best Young Player title twice, scoring a career-high 25 points on 13-19 shooting in a home victory over Le Portel that ended up being an 85-65 victory.
He signed a two-year contract with the Metropolitans 92 of the Pro A league in June 2022.
