Before joining the St. Louis Rams, he played for the West Virginia Mountaineers, Dallas Cowboys, and SMU Mustangs. Randolph Jr. Started out his profession in 1966 as a body of workers announcer for KMOX radio, and from 1967 till 1988 he served as an announcer and sports activities director for KSD television.
