He hosts “The Joe Rogan Experience”, a podcast in which he discusses current events, comedy, politics, philosophy, science and hobbies with a variety of guests.
In his early teens, he participated in Little League Baseball and developed an interest in martial arts. He won the U.S Open Championship taekwondo tournament as a lightweight at age 19. He attended the University of Massachusetts Boston but dropped out early.
Rogan is the co-founder of the supplements and fitness company Onnit, which was sold to Unilever in 2021, he frequently advertises for Onnit products on his podcast.

Joe Rogan is currently married to Jessica Ditzel, a former cocktail actress and a former model. She was born on July 18, 1975, in Sugar Land, Texas.
She is the daughter of Jeff Conrad Ditzel, a musician who was a member of the popular Minneapolis band, Ditch Pixels.
She attended Colorado Springs in 1993 and later attended California State University-Log Beach. Ditzel worked as an Account Executive for Robert Half Technology and was an assistant manager for a rental car company.
She got a job as a product analyst at Volvo Motorsports.
The couple got married in 2009 and have two daughters, Rogan is also a stepfather to Ditzel’s daughter from her previous relationship.
