Additionally, he has worked with The Damned Things, a supergroup of heavy metal.
Joe Trohman’s family moved to Chicago from a rural area in Ohio when he was in middle school. In order to start a band that would draw inspiration from Green Day, he persuaded Pete Wentz to join him. Joe Trohman’s first band was called Arma Angelus. Trohman is the lead guitarist and backup singer for the American rock band Fall Out Boy as well as the heavy metal supergroup the Damned Things.
