The jury in the defamation case between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard began deliberations on May 27.
We should hear a verdict soon, bringing this trial to a close. However, it appears that we will have to wait a few days longer.
The jurors were sent home for the Memorial Day holiday weekend, so deliberations will resume on Tuesday, May 31 at 9:00 a.m. ET. The date for the verdict is unknown, however, due to the vast number of testimony provided in recent weeks, we may have to wait a bit longer.
