Jon Moxley or Jonathan David Good, who is best known with his ring name Dean Ambrose, is an American professional wrestler and actor signed who has a contract with AEW. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, the U.S. on 5th December 1985. Moxley also makes special appearances for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), and on the independent circuit as well which mainly includes the Game Changer Wrestling (GCW).

In November, Tony Khan, the AEW boss announced that Jon Moxley is going to take some time off from wrestling to cope with his personal problems related to alcohol. Moxley, who is very inactive on social media platforms, hasn’t updated about his condition. The former World Champion has been in recovery since then.

Jon Moxley has a contract of $6 million a year. Apart from the annual salary, Moxley receives a number of advantages that make up his salary which includes his travel and accommodation expenses. Moxley is paid better than WWE along with other perks.

Moxley had signed a three-year contract with AEW back in 2022, one which runs till 2022. He also has an opt-out contract clause, one which was activated after the first year of his contract and will allow him to leave the organisation any time thereafter.

Moxley, the former WWE champion made a memorable debut at Double or Nothing back in 2019 and, became the first major star who jumped ship from WWE. He continued to attack Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, setting up a dream feud with the Best Bout Machine.

He was signed by Good with WWE back in 2011 as he started to work for their developmental territory. In WWE he started with the name of Dean Ambrose and gained a lot of popularity. In WWE, Seth Rollins in FCW was his rivalry and, unfortunately in FCW, he lost the match.
