Josephine Tsang Sau-ho (; 1960 – 1 May 2022) was a Hong Kong District Council (Islands District) elected member who represented the Peng Chau and Hei Ling Chau constituencies.
Tsang ran for District Council for the first time after the previous incumbent, Mr. On Hing-Ying, died in office on April 18, 2014. Ms. Tsang was lawfully elected on September 7, 2014, after receiving 55.7 percent of the vote in the subsequent by-election.
Ms. Tsang ran unopposed in the regular District Council elections the following year.

According to Hong Kong 01 and Dongwang.com, Tsang Sau Ho, a Peng Chau and Hei Ling Chau District Councillor, committed suicide by burning charcoal. At 1:23 p.m. today (1st), police received a report that a woman was in a coma after burning charcoal in the office on the ground floor of No. 58 Wing On Street, Peng Chau.
The fire department received a report that a woman had locked the house and broken in to find the victim, who was apparently dead, lying down in the bathroom. Officers discovered burnt charcoal at the scene, but no suicide note was discovered, and the case is still under investigation.
