Lachelle Jacobs is the mother of Josh’s two younger brothers, as well as his older sister. Lachelle Jacobs, now 43, was given the name Lachelle Anntionette Bell on February 20, 1978. Josh was nine years old when she divorced Marty Jacobs. At Jacobs’ signing day, Lachelle remarked how overwhelmed she was. Lachelle Jacobs works as a lead L&T coordinator for Alamo Car Rental and resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Marty Jacobs
Marty Lee Jacobs, now 50, was born in Oklahoma on May 18, 1971. Mart had a son named Christopher from a prior relationship in addition to the four children he and his ex-wife Lachelle had together.
Marty received custody of his children after he and Lachelle got divorced, but things were far from simple. He had to go from hotel to hotel with his kids while always awake and always having a gun close by. Marty worked multiple jobs, one of which was at an oil and gas company, while also preparing his children’s school supplies, purchasing sports equipment, and carrying out other daily tasks.
When Josh entered high school, Marty Jacobs was able to secure a home for him and the kids. A year after joining the Raiders, Josh gave his father a house as a gift.
