As is typical of these preachers, the self-declared JMS Church President was charismatic and well-liked. While preaching, he would surround himself with gorgeous young girls and frequently discuss the lessons of the Bible.
Jung Myung Seok would refer to himself as “Adam” and “The Messiah,” and refer to the women as “God’s Brides.” Seok would perform a large portion of his construction efforts for his alleged JMS Church in educational institutions like colleges.
A district court order led to Jeong Myeong-Seok’s imprisonment in the Daejeon District in October 2022.
