She enrolled at the Scarlett Heights Entrepreneurial Academy (SHEA), while Karla attended Humber College for her higher education.
Dr. Ford’s dental career began as a teenager in 2001, when she began working as a dental assistant in a small Kentucky town.
She quickly realized that dentistry was the career for her because she enjoyed the technical, hands-on aspects of the profession as well as the relationships she was able to form with patients.
She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Western Kentucky University.
She then went on to the University of Kentucky, where she graduated from the College of Dentistry in 2012.

They have three kids who keep them very busy. They devote a significant amount of their time to activities with their children or with their church family at Henderson Boulevard Church of Christ.
They enjoy travelling and exploring all of the wonderful attractions that Florida has to offer whenever possible!
