Kevin Samuels cause of death revealed
Kevin Samuels died on May 5, 2022, at his home. He was found lying unconscious and then rushed to the ATL Hospital where he was confirmed dead. When he died, it was speculated that he had died of a heart attack.
But until recently, the real cause of his death has been discovered.
According to the report from the Fulton County Medical Examiners office, Kevin Samuels died as a result of Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure.
