The daughter of Venu and Mallika Srinivasan is Lakshmi. Both of Lakshmi’s parents are business moguls that have been passed down from their respective fathers. Venu Srinivasan is the CEO of the TVS Group (Sundaram-Clayton Group), which his grandfather T. V. Sundaram Iyengar founded, and Mallika Srinivasan is in charge of the TAFE Group businesses, which she inherited from her father A. Sivasailam.
Sudarshan Venu is Lakshmi’s only sibling. Lakshmi Venu was raised in Chennai and went to school at Sishya School in Adyar. After earning her economics degree from Yale University, Venu went on to the University of Warwick to earn her doctorate in engineering management.
