It has been determined that Seyram Kwami Djentuh, 20, is the person accused of stabbing a 24-year-old man on July 13 at the Fortitude Valley train station.
The Brisbane Arrest Court heard Mr. Seyram’s case this morning despite the fact that he was due in court yesterday on charges related to the death of Lauie Michael Tagaloa.
The 20-year-old Kwami student was placed under remand and will appear in court in Brisbane on August 8th, 2022.
His attorney, Joe Wicking, chose not to address the court.
According to the police, a confrontation between two groups of men started at Brunswick Street Mall on Monday morning and continued in a nearby retail center, where Mr. Djentuh stabbed Mr. Tagaloa out of rage.
Sean Cryer, a regional duty officer inspector who was aware of the incident, claimed that police had CCTV evidence of the stabbing and that emergency services had arrived promptly after it. It is an awful incident.
