He won a seat in the US House of Representatives in 2014, representing the First Congressional District of New York.
Zeldin also serves on the Foreign Affairs and Financial Services Committees of the House of Representatives.

Diana Zeldin is wed to 41-year-old Lee Zeldin. Diana maintains a low profile, thus little is known about her, however, it is said that she is a Mormon.
Zeldin belongs to the B’nai Israel Reform Temple and is Jewish. Mikayla and Arianna, the couple’s identical twin children, are students at the Temple’s Hebrew school.
Currently, the family makes its home in Shirley, New York.
