On Wednesday, Kupp met up with his teammates as the Rams (2-2) started preparing for their impending matchup with the unbeaten Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

Kupp and rookie linebacker Ochaun Mathis, who has also missed games this season, have both entered the 21-day deadline for activation off injured reserve. Early in training camp, Kupp, 30, experienced a hamstring strain; later, in late August, the injury deteriorated.

After beginning this season on the injured list, Cooper Kupp’s return is anxiously awaited. He also missed the previous season’s final eight games owing to an ankle injury. It appears like he will return in the first game since November 13 of last year. On the Rams’ official injury report, Kupp was initially noted as having limited participation in practice; however, Coach McVay clarified this at his news conference.

Coach Sean McVay in an update said, “Kupp has put in a lot of work behind the scenes to be able to rehab and get himself to where he’s feeling good. He said he’s feeling really good. I trust him. He’s a guy that really knows his body really well, a very experienced player. We want to be smart as we ramp up his workload.”

Cooper Kupp is an excellent wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams in the National Football League (NFL). He won the renowned Walter Payton Award in his junior year of college football at Eastern Washington. Kupp was chosen by the Rams in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Kupp accomplished a historic achievement during the outstanding 2021 season, being just the fourth player during the AFL-NFL merger to hold the league’s top spots in catches, receiving yards, and touchdown receptions.
