Lucas George Tomlinson (born 6 November 2000) is an English professional footballer who most recently played for Gloucester City in the National League North. He went to Easton CE(VA) Primary School, which is now Easton CE Academy. Tomlinson, who entered the club’s academy at the age of ten, earned a professional deal with Bristol Rovers in the summer of 2019. Tomlinson made his Rovers debut as a substitute in a 2-1 EFL Trophy victory over Chelsea Under-21s on September 24, 2019. On 14 December 2019, he made his league debut as a second-half substitute for Tom Nichols in a 2-1 victory over Ipswich Town. In June 2020, he signed a new deal with Bristol Rovers. Tomlinson signed a new one-year contract with the League Two clubs on June 2, 2021. Tomlinson was let go at the conclusion of the 2021-22 season. Tomlinson joined National League South side Bath City on loan until 2 January 2021 on October 13, 2020, and made his debut later that day in the FA Cup as Bath defeated Slough Town 1-0.

His loan was renewed till January 2022 on November 12th. The loan was extended again on January 4, 2022, this time until the end of the 2021-22 season. Tomlinson scored his first senior goal in a 2-2 tie with Darlington on February 19, 2022. Tomlinson’s goal-scoring form continued, and he was named Gloucester City’s March Player of the Month. Tomlinson finished the season as Gloucester City’s Young Player of the Season.

Following his release from Bristol Rovers, Tomlinson returned to Gloucester City on a permanent basis on July 29, 2022.
