Mr Mannan was a former diplomat and bureaucrat of Bangladesh who served the Government of Bangladesh. Province, British India. He completed his O-level at the PAF Public School Sargodha in Punjab, Pakistan and later graduated from the University of Dhaka.
In his political career, he joined the Government administration as a BCS unit. He filled in as the Deputy Commissioner of Kishorgonj District, Director General of NGO Affairs Bureau, Joint Secretary (Political) in Ministry of Home Affairs, and Director General in the Prime Minister’s office. He held several government offices in his career and contributed immensely to the recent development of Bangladesh.
