Marcel’s father who is known as Horace is a lifelong member of the Swedish Academy. Horace has served as the Academy’s permanent secretary for a decade, starting from June 1999 to June 2009.
Despite the fact that Marcel hails from a good vest academic family, he solely decided to pursue art instead of academics as his family portrays. In the year 2017, Marcel worked as an Assistant Director at Belenius art gallery in Sweden. He later made a move toward musical art the he left behind the painting.
