Mark Capps was reported to have been charged and wanted in for traced issues of domestic violence, and that aspect of him resurfaced when he was known to have threatened to shoot both his wife and stepdaughter if they gave him up, after one of his episode moment of violence he inflicted on his wife especially and the daughter who wasn’t his biological child for the record. His wife and daughter, however, were able to draw the attention of authorities after Mark Capps fell asleep during his restraining attempt. The police upon weighing the substance of his bad record with domestic violence followed up.
