Mark Robert James Watt, is a Scottish cricket player, who was born on July 29, 1996. He played Ireland in his first Twenty20 international match on June 18, 2015, also on July 31, 2015, he played against Nepal, and made his List A debut during the 2015–17 ICC World Cricket League Championship.
He picked up five wickets for 27 runs against the Netherlands in the UAE on February 5, 2016, to record his first five-wicket haul in a T20I game.
He made his first-class debut in the 2015–17 ICC Intercontinental Cup, on August 9, 2016, against the United Arab Emirates, and he played in his first One Day International (ODI), on September 8, 2016 and took on Hong Kong.
Mark Watt, was chosen to represent the Edinburgh Rocks in the inaugural Euro T20 Slam cricket competition in July 2019, although the competition was abandoned the following month.
He was included in Scotland’s roster for the 2019 ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier match in the United Arab Emirates in September of this year. Watt picked up his 100th wicket in international cricket for Scotland in May 2021 while playing a series of one-day internationals against the Netherlands.
