Corral played in four games as Jordan Ta’amu’s backup during his rookie year at Ole Miss in 2018. He threw two touchdowns and one interception on 16 of 22 passes for 239 yards. Corral was redshirted in 2018 because of his low playing time.
Corral started every game in his first season under new Rebels head coach Lane Kiffin and offensive coordinator Jeff Lebby, passing for 3,337 yards with 29 touchdowns and 14 interceptions, and leading the Rebels to the 2021 Outback Bowl, where he was awarded MVP.
