Rolón began his childhood career with Atlético Luján, a local team in Rosario. He joined FC Barcelona’s development system in 2007, but only three years later went to La Masia.
Due to his non-EU status, he was loaned to UE Cornellà in 2013; he returned to Barça in January 2014 and was assigned to the Juvenil A squad.
Rolón was promoted to the Segunda División reserves in May 2014.
He stayed at the club after being linked with a loan move to Lleida Esportiu in August. He made his professional debut on 4 October, replacing Juan Cámara in the 74th minute of a 0–1 home loss to CD Lugo.
On February 16, 2016, Rolón signed a one-year contract with Santos FC in Brazil. He only signed his contract on March 4th due to procedural problems.
Rolón made his debut for the club on April 21, 2016, as a late substitution for Rafael Longuine in a 1–1 away draw against Santos-AP.
He ended his contract on July 6th after only seeing limited playing time.
