Millie Bright, is an English professional footballer who was born on August 21, 1993, she currently plays for Chelsea, and the England national team. However, she previously played for Doncaster Belles and Leeds Ladies, as well as for England’s under-19 and under-23 sides.

She made her Belles debut as a substitute against Watford at the Keepmoat Stadium in August 2009, and was described by the club as “a tall, powerful, athletic striker with a good eye for goal.”

Millie Bright, scored her first goal in her maiden start, a 5-0 FA Women’s Premier League Cup victory over Leeds City Vixens the following month.

She was signed for the FA WSL’s first season in 2011, making five substitute appearances. She then went on loan to Leeds United in the 2011-12 FA Women’s Premier League season at her own request, making her debut on her 18th birthday and scoring a goal after coming on as a replacement.

Bright was a frequent first-team starter when she returned to Doncaster, and she was unhappy with The Football Association’s decision to demote Doncaster Rovers Belles from the WSL in favor of Manchester City one game into the 2013 season, she stated in her words; “It was heartbreaking.” We didn’t feel valued or even desired in the league for financial reasons.
