Miodrag Jesic started his professional football career in Partizan. He later played for teams such Altay, and Trabzonspor where he scurried about 60 goals as a defender. Between 1982 and 1984, Miodrag Jesic played eight matches for the Yugoslavia football national team. After retiring, Miodrag became a coach and he has been coaching where coached many teams like Slavia Sofia, Radnicki Nis, OFK Beograd, CS Sfaxien, partizan, shirin Faraz and many others.
