Zhu appeared in a concert at the Kaohsiung Lantern Festival on February 12, 2011, in addition to her performance in Legacy Taipei.
The singer held his breath at the age of 40. News of her death was confirmed by her family on July 3, 2022, via Facebook.
She is said to have been fighting breast cancer for two years before she died.
Zhu reportedly released her information while promoting her latest full-length album released in late December 2020.
