Mumbai, Sep 14 (IANS) Amid the uproar over working two jobs in India, Cloud Major IBM on Wednesday clarified that the training isn’t moral and the organization doesn’t advance such way of behaving at work environment.

Sandip Patel, Managing Director, IBM India, said that the organization’s position is precisely that of the general business in the country.

“Our laborers when they are all utilized, they consent to an arrangement which says that they will be working all day for IBM. So working two jobs isn’t morally ideal for them to get into,” he told journalists here.

“That is our position now and you’ve proactively heard the business position,” he added.

Working two jobs permits representatives to work outside their essential working hours.

A few new businesses and unicorns like Swiggy have energized the training, while the majority of the customary organizations are calling it cheating.

Infosys has cautioned workers against working two jobs, saying that contribution in such practice can bring about “disciplinary activity including end of business”.

“No double crossing, no working two jobs”, the organization said in an interior update, adding that it “stringently beats double work down”.

Wipro Chairman Azim Premji as of late said that the idea of a second work notwithstanding the customary occupation is “straightforward” cheating.

“There is a ton of chat about individuals working two jobs in the tech business. This is cheating – – straightforward,” he accentuated.
