Melber earned a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was an editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.

After Kerry failed to win the presidency, he interned at New York County Defender Services, a Manhattan public defender’s office.

Drew was born and raised in Delaware, where she attended Oberlin College and finished her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.

She was the Arts and Entertainment editor at the New York Observer before joining Real Clear Life as a managing editor.
