Her daughter Wynonna and she founded the country music duo “The Judds” in 1983. In 2022, the day after she died, they were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

 

The mother-daughter duo received five Grammy Awards and a slew of other accolades.

 

Naomi was also nominated for a Grammy for “Love Can Build a Bridge,” which she wrote.

 

Naomi had anxiety, panic attacks, sadness, and suicide thoughts after her last trip.

 

Tremors, baldness, and oedema were among the side effects of the drugs administered for her, including lithium.

She died near Nashville, Tennessee, on April 30, 2022.

 

According to her daughter Ashley Judd, Naomi Judd, one half of the duet “The Judds,” died on Saturday, April 30th.

“For our sisters, today was a horrible day. Our beloved mother died as a result of a mental disease.

 

“We are shattered,” Ashley Judd remarked in a tweet.

 

“Naomi Judd’s family wants privacy during this terrible time,” Naomi’s husband, Larry Strickland, said in a brief follow-up statement to sources
