After he retired from his racing career, Piquet is known to be a three-time World Champion who was known to have been ranked among the greatest Formula One drivers in the various motorsport polls.
Before his renowned career breakout and experience in racing, he was formerly aligned with playing tennis before he lost interest in it and subsequently took up what we call Karting. With the Karting, he was known to have become in the year 1971 to 1972 Brazilian’s national Karting champion.
He as well won the Formula Vee Championship in the year 1976.
