Sixx married Donna D’Errico, an actress and former Playboy Playmate, a month after divorcing Brandt.
Frankie-Jean Mary Sixx, the child of Sixx and D’Errico, was born (born January 2, 2001). Rhyan Jacob, D’Errico’s child from a prior union, was born in 1993. After having a daughter, they got divorced, but after Sixx finished his treatment, they were able to get back together. On April 27, 2006, they divorced once more with D’Errico citing irreconcilable differences.
