Briana Valle was shot to death by her boyfriend Eric Maya. On February 13, 2014, the young lady was gearing up for a drive to her school. While Maya dressed in a hooded outfit appeared and shot her in the head.

Her mother Alicia was also shot in the neck as she begged the gunman not to shoot her daughter.

Valle and her mother were rushed to the hospital by their neighbors. However, it was already too late for the 15-year-old.

Briana was declared brain dead by the medical staff. She took her last breath four days later on February 17, 2014.

Briana Valle’s boyfriend Eric Maya was sentenced to 122 years in prison. He was charged with first-degree murder and several charges in 2014.

The killer Eric Maya was 24 years old when he was sentenced. He was identified via Facebook as he talked with Valle on her mom’s Facebook ID.

Eric was arrested hours later when he was found hiding in a car a few blocks away. He then confessed his obsession with Valle.
