Hudson’s maternal grandmother was Hungarian-Jewish, and he also has Italian, English, German, and Hungarian ancestry. He was brought up in the Jewish religion.
In the 1999 comedy The Out-of-Towners, Hudson acted opposite his mother. He then starred in many teen films, including The Smokers and Going Greek.
