Olivia Breen was born on July 26, 1996. She is a paralympic athlete who was born in England and primarily competes for Wales and Great Britain in the T38 sprint and F38 long jump events.

She was chosen for the T38 100- and 200-meter sprints in 2012, as well as the T35-38 women’s relay squad, and she qualified for the 2012 Summer Paralympics.

Additionally, she competed for Wales in the long jump event at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on Gold Coast, where she won the gold medal.

Irish and Welsh parents gave birth to Breen in England.

Breen, a cerebral palsy patient, started racing while still in elementary school.
Breen was handed her T38 classification in January 2012, which put her in the running to be selected for the Paralympics.

She participated in the Stadskanaal IPC Athletics European Championships in June 2012 and took third place in the 100- and 200-meter sprints. She set a personal record in the 100-meter sprint at the European Championships, then early in July, in the Diamond League meet in London’s Crystal Palace, she did the same in the 200-meter sprint.
