In 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games, she beat Sophie Hahn to claim gold for Wales.
Since first grade, she has been racing.
She received her T38 classification in January 2012, putting her in the running to represent the United States in the Paralympic Games.
In January 2012, she participated in the IPC Athletic European Championships in the Netherlands. In the 100- and 200-meter sprints, she took up the bronze.
Olivia has mild Cerebral Palsy as a result of a meningitis type illness as a newborn. She is also deaf.
