William Friend, who was born and raised in the UK till the age of 15, was named CEO of the company Bisnow in 2015 when he was 27 years old.
According to Bisnow, he was apparently employed as an intern right away after graduating from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
He later worked in sales, recruiting, and events before becoming COO and eventually CEO.
Prince wed Friend in 2016, and the couple just celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary.
According to Bisnow, the couple had already moved from New York to Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, when the COVID-19 epidemic broke out in 2020, in order to be closer to Prince’s family.

Bevin Prince, a One Tree Hill cast member, lost her husband William Friend during the Fourth of July holiday after he was hit by lightning in North Carolina. He was 33.
According to the nonprofit’s records, Friend’s death was one of the fatalities caused by lightning in 2022.
According to the safety council, he was killed by lightning on Masonboro Island on Sunday, making him the state’s 21st lightning fatality since 2006.
According to the WECT-TV article cited by the group, deputies conducted CPR on Friend while on their way to Bradley Creek Marina to meet up with emergency medical services.
After that, EMS reportedly transferred Friend to an ambulance and attempted to revive him for 20 minutes. It was eventually revealed that he had died.
