Jack Sock was born September 24, 1992. Sock is an American professional tennis player.

With Melanie Oudin, Sock won a mixed doubles title at the 2011 US Open. With Vasek Pospisil, he won three men’s doubles titles at the 2014 Wimbledon Championships.

With Mike Bryan, he won the 2018 Wimbledon Championships and the 2018 US Open. In addition, Sock and Mike Bryan took home the men’s doubles crown in the 2018 ATP Finals. Sock earned a gold medal in mixed doubles with Bethanie Mattek-Sands at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, as well as a bronze medal in men’s doubles with Steve Johnson.

In singles, Sock won the 2017 Paris Masters, reached the 2017 ATP Finals semifinals, and was a previous junior US Open champion.
At the age of 12, Sock relocated from Nebraska to Kansas with his mother and older brother Eric in order to attend the Mike Wolf Tennis Academy. His father remained in Lincoln to carry on with his career as a financial advisor.
He completed his KSHSAA 6A high school tennis career with an 80-0 record and four straight singles state titles after graduating from Blue Valley North High School in Overland Park, Kansas.
He also played doubles in high school with his brother Eric, and in Jack’s sophomore year they shared the team state title.
