As he became more well-known, Paul O’Grady established himself as an English comedian, broadcaster, actor, writer, and drag queen.

Over the course of his career, O’Grady established a reputation for becoming well-known in the 1980s gay scene in London as Lily Savage, a drag queen persona he later abandoned.

On March 28 of this year, Paul O’Grady passed away at the age of 67 “peacefully but unexpectedly.” He passed away, and his husband André Portasio made the announcement.
