Peter Britton Tobin was a Scottish man who was found guilty of many murders and sexual offenses, and he was sentenced to life in prison at HM Prison Edinburgh for the three killings that he committed between the years 1991 and 2006. It was on the 27th of August 1946 that he was born, and on the 8th of October 2022 that he passed away.
Tobin’s parents decided to send him to a reputed institution in 1953 when he was just seven years old since they had seen early on that they had a challenging youngster on their hands.
It is alleged that he had formerly joined the French Foreign Legion but afterwards left the group. Tobin received a prison sentence for his time spent in a borstal in the future, and in 1970, he was found guilty of forgery and burglary in England and sentenced to prison.

Tobin relocated to England and married his 17-year-old clerk fiancee in 1969. They divorced in 1971 after a year apart. Tobin married Sylvia Jefferies, 30, in 1973. The couple gave birth to two kids, a male and a female but the female passed away soon after birth. Sylvia’s second marriage lasted ten years before she filed for divorce in 1976, taking their son with her.
