Harry Morton, the founder of the Pink Taco restaurant chain is dead at the age of 38. The restaurateur who died on Saturday, November 22, was found unresponsive by his younger brother Mathew.

Harry who is a volunteer sheriff deputy in and around Los Angeles specifically with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station, was the former owner of the Viper Room nightclub in West Hollywood which Johnny Depp once co-owned as well.

While the autopsy report is being awaited, it was gathered that there is no evidence of foul play at the scene of his death.

The deceased who is reportedly not married or had kids of his own dated Lindsay Lohan in the 2000s. Harry was also linked to Demi Moore after her breakup from Ashton Kutcher, as well as Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Jennifer Aniston, and Hayden Panettiere.

His father, Peter Morton is the co-founder of Hard Rock Cafe and Hotels while his grandfather Arnie Morton founded Morton’s The Steakhouse.
