Queen Elizabeth II, who is known to be the Queen mother of the United Kingdom as well as 14 other realms sadly passed away today at the age of 96 years old after battling some illness concerns in Balmoral. The news came in after the Burkimghan Palace announced her passing today September 8, 2022.
Born on April 21, 1926, in Bruton Street, London, in the United Kingdom, Queen Elizabeth was the first child of the Duke and Duchess of York at the time. According to historical reports Queen Elizabeth’s father took to the throne in the year 1936 after his brother King Edward VIII abdicated the throne making Elizabeth the heir apparent at the time.
History has it that after Elizabeth’s dad took to the throne, Elizabeth assumed the status of a presumptive heir as the third in the line of Succession. Elizabeth as she was called before she ascended to the throne received her tuition from one Henry Marten in Constitutional history.
With her death, Queen Elizabeth’s elder son Charles who is known now to be the former Prince of Wales will be in front of proceedings to mourn the late long-serving Queen. In a public statement, Queen Elizabeth son said;
“The death of my beloved mother Her Majesty The Queen is a moment of the greatest sadness for me and all members of my family.
“We mourn profoundly the passing of a cherished Sovereign and a much-loved Mother. I know her loss will be deeply felt throughout the country, the Realms and the Commonwealth, and by countless people around the world.”

The Queen on September 8, 2022, was declared to be unresponsive to health relief after she was announced to have been going through some serious health issues.
She was placed under medical supervision at Balmoral after doctors became worried about her condition. She passed away after a failed attempt to stabilize her health issues.
