On the ATP Challenger Tour, he has won five singles matches and seven doubles match. In one singles and three doubles Junior Grand Slam finals, Quentin Halys participated.

Out of the four finals, Halys and Benjamin Bonzi won the 2014 French Open.

He achieved a combined career-high ranking of World No. 3 in singles and doubles on March 31, 2014. For his junior year, he finished with singles and doubles records of 98-44 and 83-35, respectively.
