The Racing Mutest Académie, also known as the RC Strasbourg Alsace Academy, serves as the youth academy for the renowned French football club RC Strasbourg Alsace. Established in 1972, the academy holds the distinction of being a trailblazer in its field.

Even before receiving directives from the French Football Federation, the Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace took the initiative to establish a dedicated structure for the training of young players.

In 1974, under the guidance of Robert Domergue and Jacques Berthommier, the club became one of the first in France to establish a “Training Center”. Over the years, numerous players have been nurtured at Racing and have gone on to pursue successful professional careers, both within Strasbourg and beyond.

Some have even achieved international recognition and joined the ranks of the biggest European clubs.

Young athletes not only focus on their athletic development but also prioritize their academic and vocational education. Racing Club, as an innovative institution in the post-baccalaureate sector, offers a wide range of opportunities in this regard.

Students have the flexibility to choose between enrolling in a university (except for medicine), and pursuing a BTS or IUT program, all while continuing their high-level athletic training. This allows them to effectively manage their classes and training sessions.

There is also the option to do a DU Marketing and Sports Management in partnership with the University of Haute-Alsace, with courses taught at the Racing Mutest Academy from October to Apriland you can also do a two-year Bachelor’s degree at ISG, a business school located in Strasbourg (in Management and Marketing or e-Sports, etc.)

Our network of observers (scouts) throughout the year are on the grounds in the regions such as partner clubs. The Racing Club of Strasbourg Alsace no longer organizes detection days reserved for boys within its Academy. Only the detections for the female section are maintained.
