Guest joined the BBC’s Panorama in 1960 and became the show’s first female producer, collaborating with Richard Dimbleby, Robin Day, and John Morgan on major domestic and international affairs programs before going on to direct and produce a series of profiles of major political figures such as Hugh Gaitskell, Harold Macmillan, and Edward Heath.
